I remember being excited to use my gift card, thinking I’d treat myself to something nice, but it didn’t work at all. It was really frustrating and left me feeling like the card was just wasted.

I opened the box expecting the usual little surprise of something being missing or wrong, but apparently today was my lucky day. Everything I ordered was in there, exactly as it should’ve been. No issues, which shouldn’t feel noteworthy, but here we are.

I stopped in after work it was such a relaxing vibe. The music was quiet, it smelled really nice, and no one made me feel rushed at all. The only tiny thing was a bit of waiting at the start, which felt preventable, but overall it was a really good visit.

There was a mixup that shouldn’t have happened in the first place, and it was frustrating dealing with it. Support did sort it out fairly quickly, but I still feel like the whole issue was on them and could’ve been avoided.

I mean, everything was mostly fine, but the freshness kind of depended on the item. A couple things seemed fresh, and then some others felt like they’d been sitting around a bit. Not terrible, just... yeah, a bit mixed

The refund did finally come through, but it took way too long and felt like they didn’t really follow through on what they promised...

One of the products felt way too heavy on my skin, and another had a scent I definitely wouldn’t have picked for myself. Shipping was okay, Not super quick or anything, but it got here fine.
I did reach out to customer service and they answered, but it felt a little generic, like a copy-paste kind of reply. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of disappointing since I expected it to feel more Personal.
